BURLEY – Elsie Marie Harrell was born on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at 5:51 p.m. and returned to her Heavenly Father soon after. She weighed 6 lbs. 13 oz., and was 20 inches long. She was beautiful and so perfect, yet too perfect to stay in this world. She was with us for just a moment but will be in our hearts and minds forever. We can’t wait to hold our sweet baby again for we know, “Families are Forever.”

Elsie is survived by her parents, Jamie and Callie Manning Harrell and her sister, Edyn Harrell of Burley; her grandparents, Philip and Lisa Manning of St. George, Utah, Kathleen Walston living in Washington, and Evelyn Harrell of Burley; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special “like family” friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at the Burley LDS West Stake Center, 2420 Parke Ave., in Burley, with Bishop Dan Alvey officiating. Burial will be in Gem Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at the Rasmussen Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley, and from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Friday at the church.
