BURLEY - Donna Sue Trau, age 63, of Burley, passed away Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Donna was born Dec. 30, 1952, in Jerome, Idaho, the daughter of William and Hettie Bentley. She received and completed her education in Hazelton. She married Joe Trau on April 11, 1973. She worked several years at J.R. Simplot Company and at McCain Foods USA, until her health failed and she became disabled.

She loved to shop and was a former member of the Red Hat Society. However, her dedication was to her children, grandchildren and her faithful companion - her dog, Susie.

Donna is survived by her children, Gary (Helen) Trau, Thomas Trau, and Noell Marie Chapman; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Jack Bentley and Imogene Fitzpatrick. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Joseph Wayne Trau; and nine brothers and sisters.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, at Rasmussen Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley.
