LOGAN, UTAH – Mavi Jo Scoffield, the infant daughter of Shane Roland and Aspen Dawn Wrigley Scoffield of Logan, Utah, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. We experienced the Lord’s tender mercy of allowing us to have her for one hour and one minute, but we know that through temple covenants she will be ours for eternity.

She will be forever loved by her parents; paternal grandparents, Jon and Wendy Scoffield of Thatcher, Utah; maternal grandparents, Rick and Edith Wrigley of Burley; paternal great-grandfather, Porter Christensen of Thatcher, Utah; maternal great-grandparents, Don and Mavis Wrigley of Burley; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who have shown such love to our family.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at the Rasmussen Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley, where friends and family may call from 1 until 1:45 p.m. Officiating will be Bishop O’Dell Speth. Burial will follow at the View Cemetery.
