MURTAUGH – Ronald Frank Crossman, 73, of Murtaugh, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at River Ridge Care and Rehabilitation Center in Twin Falls.

Ron was born on Jan. 27, 1940, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Frank and Ruth Harscher Crossman. In 1958, Ron moved to Ogden, Utah, where he found the LDS Church, was baptized, and was a faithful, active member throughout the rest of his life. In 1960, he married Sharon Roundy in the Logan Utah LDS Temple. They had three children, Ronda, Chet and Tod.

He is survived by his wife of 53 wonderful years; his children, Ronda Crossman of Murtaugh, and Chet Crossman of Middleton; eight grandchildren, Jason, Sasha, Calei, Jared, Vikki, Dakota, London, and Talon; and one sister, Diana Bahr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, Tod.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Murtaugh LDS Church. Burial will follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Tremonton, Utah.

A viewing for family and friends will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, and from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Thursday at the church.
