BURLEY – June Bunn, age 87, of Burley, passed away February 2, 2015 at her home in Burley, Idaho. June was born June 1, 1927, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Victor William Masters and Thalia Maurine Hale Masters.

June married Joe Jones on July 13, 1947. To this union were born four children. They divorced in 1966. She married Parke Bunn March 27, 1970.

In 1962, June earned her LPN Nursing degree from Cassia Memorial and worked as an LPN for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She had a love for horses and her many dogs over the years. She was loved by many and will be missed.

She is survived by her husband Parke Bunn of 44 years; her daughter Christine (John Banks); 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; her sister Kleta (Bud Breeding) and several nieces and nephews.

June was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Thalia; 3 sons, Tom, Terry, and Don; and her sister Delpha.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in June. The exact date, time and location of the service will be announced later, prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Rasmussen Funeral Home of Burley.
