Randy E. Higley

HEYBURN – Randy E. Higley, age 59, of Heyburn, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, at his home in Heyburn.

Randy was born July 3, 1962, in Twin Falls, Idaho to Sherman and Reba Fitzpatrick Higley. Randy was married to Karen Wageman Thurston for 32 years at the time of his passing.

He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and riding his side by side. Randy was employed at McCain Foods until his passing.

Randy is survived by his wife, Karen; one son, Travis Hanchey, of Twin Falls; his step-children, Michelle (Curt) Gallegos of Boise, Jody Thurston, of Boise, Emily (Jason) Dimond, of Burley; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his mother, Reba Higley, of Hansen; and his brothers, Dwight (Karla) Higley, of Heyburn, and Mark Higley, of Rupert.

He was preceded in Death by his father, Sherman Higley.

The family will have a celebration of life later in the year when the weather is warmer.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home of Burley.
