Robert Earl "Toby" McWaters

BURLEY – Robert Earl McWaters “Toby”, a 67-year-old resident of Burley, and formerly of Twin Falls, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022, at Highland Estates Assisted Living, in Burley.

Robert was born November 23, 1954, in Nampa, Idaho, the son of Clifford Earl & Lois Vale McWaters. He was known to many as “Toby,” and as a magician he entertained and marveled many people with is magic tricks. He was a loving father to his three sons, Tyler McWaters, Ian McWaters, and Sean McWaters. His life was changed in 2004 by a devastating motorcycle accident which left him with severe residual effects for the rest of his life.

He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
