Harold Lee Tracy ALMO – Harold Lee Tracy, age 79, of Almo, graduated from this mortal life on November 13, 2022.

He was born the second son to Wallace Harold Tracy and Viola Chatelain Tracy on October 25, 1943, in Ogden, UT and lived most of his life working with his father on the family farm in the Naf area. He served in the North Central States LDS mission from 1964-1966, and then served in Okinawa, Japan for the United States Army from 1968-1970. He met his eternal companion, Charlotte Louise Judd, at a mission reunion in April of 1972, and they were sealed June 30, 1972, in the Logan Utah Temple. Harold said he would’ve married her sooner than that, stating: “When you find the right one, why wait?” They celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary this year.

Harold was a hard worker and talented welder. He had a fun sense of humor and loved serving others. A highlight in their marriage was serving together as missionaries at the Burley LDS Cannery/Bishop’s Storehouse.

He is survived by his wife; and four daughters, Rosemary (Milton) Winslow, Jennie (Bobby) Lang, Bonita (Jason) Lenz, and Christy (Val) Williamson; 16 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Kent (Julia) Tracy; and his grandson, Allen Winslow.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Diamond Peak Assisted Living for the excellent care he received there.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Almo Ward, with Bishop Doug Ward officiating. Military rites will be performed by the Mini-Cassia Veterans Group following the service. Family and friends will be received from 10 until 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow at Yost Cemetery.
