Bradley Curtis
Shockey
Feb. 26, 1981 - Dec. 29, 2025
Date of Service: Jan. 7, 2026
PAUL – Bradley Curtis Shockey Jr., born February 26, 1981, in Burley, Idaho, to Bradley Edward and Doris Marie (Thompson) Shockey, was known for his bright smile, infectious laugh, exceptional craftsmanship, and his natural ability to be the life of any gathering.
Brad lived life all in. Whether golfing, snowmobiling, fishing and hunting, riding side-by-sides, skiing, or traveling, he never merely dabbled—he committed fully. Whatever he loved, he pursued with passion, enthusiasm, and joy. Famous for his unwavering devotion to the San Francisco 49ers and notoriously terrible (but endlessly entertaining) dance moves, he never failed to bring laughter to those around him
Brad was the kind of person who made friendship feel easy and genuine. His presence made people feel welcome, valued, and at home. He was an incredible son, grandson, brother, uncle, and husband; a devoted father; and a loyal friend to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Brad passed away Monday, December 29, 2025, in Paul, Idaho.
He is lovingly survived by his wife, Jasmine; his two beautiful daughters, Dallis and Allison; his parents, Brad and Doris Shockey; his brothers, Michael, Jason and Jake (Rachel) Shockey; his grandparents, Curtis and Wilma Shockey; and many extended family members who loved him deeply.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th Street, Burley, Idaho.
A Celebration of Life will be held later in the Spring/Summer season.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for improvements to the Rupert Country Club driving range—where Brad and Jasmine first met and where their family spent countless hours together. The Bradley Shockey Jr. Memorial Fund will be held at The Bank of Commerce, 2271 Overland Avenue, Suite #1, Burley, Idaho 83318.
