She was not known as a world traveler, but was able to visit Mexico, Canada, and Alaska, along with several countries in Europe. She enjoyed Hawaii, spent winters in Arizona, and traveled to most of the western states.
Cheryl was an active member of the LDS Church, spending time as a Cub Scout den leader, Primary and Sunday School teacher, Young Women leader, and ward/stake/regional dance director. Over many years, she and Howard taught ballroom dancing to thousands of teenagers and adults.
Cheryl was a terrific mother to her children, and always supported them. She cared for her mother, Howard’s mother, and many others for many years. She always pitched in when help was needed, was loved and admired by all who knew her, and truly left the world a better place.
