From Danielle Korsen:
Love you grandma so much I can't believe you're gone and my life will never be the same without you. You were the most amazing person and so kind and dedicated to everyone else besides yourself to make us all happy because that is what brought you happiness. You lit up all of our lives and will be in my heart forever! I have so many wonderful memories with you and not one more important than the other because I cherish them all. I really hope you were able to hear me sing one last song for you when I said my goodbye. Love you.
From Scottie Russell Vahsholtz :
I love you and miss you grandma, thanks for always being interested in me and the things I have done in my life and your kind words all the time about my wife and kids. We're all gonna miss you dearly. I have memories of you as far back as 3 years old up to just not that long ago. I always looked forward these last few years to randomly dropping in and surprising you when I would pass through on I84 with trailers and talking for hours. I love you and look forward to seeing you again someday!
From Janine Vahsholtz Fields:
My Mom was the best! As a teenager we had slumber parties with our friends and we all slept in sleeping bags on the front porch and Mom would cook all us girls frozen pizzas in the middle of the night and come out there and just hang out with us too Fast forward to my daughter who she played cards and games with all the time and read and sang to her when she was little. Such great memories! I will miss you Mom!! I love you!!!!
From Greg Vahsholtz :

Our family’s prayers for love and peace are with your families.
From Brandi (Vahsholtz) Niemeyer:
Love you, Grandma!! You taught me many many things and I loved playing at your house as a young child and then being able to participate in the "grown up" card games. You always took care of us and made sure we had plenty to eat. One of my favorite memories was gathering around the piano and singing Christmas songs while you played the piano. Do You Hear What I Hear was the best! RIP My Wonderful Grandma.
From Ruth (Vahsholtz) Richter:
I remember as a teenager meeting Jolene for the first time when my brother, Dick, brought her home to meet the parents. He was so pleased to have us all meet her. Over all these years there have been many stories and memories, but I particularly remember Dick and Jo being with me house hunting in Garden Valley, we went through the house we eventually purchased, and Jo said, "this is the one I'd buy." I asked her why and she said, "because it's all on one floor." Sound advice that had not crossed my mind for a retirement home at that point! Lots of years and lots of stories!
