BURLEY – Kim Shafer, a 65-year-old Burley resident, passed away January 5, 2021, at the Mini-Cassia Care Center in Burley.

No formal services will be held. Arrangements have been placed in the care of Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home of Burley.
