HEYBURN – Clifford Ray Son passed away Friday, May 14, 2021, in Burley, Idaho. He was s resident of Heyburn, Idaho, the majority of his life with the exception for the last year where he was cared for at Highland Estates Assisted Living in Burley.
Clifford was born December 4, 1954, to Othniell William and Cleo Pearl Barker Son and was the oldest child of four children in a second marriage on his father’s side. He spent his life living on the family farm in Heyburn and he was his younger brother’s shadow. He could light up the room with the big smile he always had on his face.
Clifford is survived by three sisters, Marion (Robert) Baird, Jane (Tracy) Nichol, and Renee (Gary) Jones; one brother, Gaylord Son; his special and caring aunt, Saundra Taylor; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, etc.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Friday, May 21, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, located at 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley. A graveside service will follow at 12 noon at Grand View Cemetery in Elba. Following the service, a celebration will be held at Elba Park.
