From Emily Hill:
So very saddened to hear of Vicki passing. I got the privilege to work with her in Primary. As the Stake Primary President I set up a training when Vicki got put in as the Primary President in the 7th Ward. It was very evident as soon as we started the training that she didn’t need training at all. Everything we brought up she already knew or had already done. She knew all the policies in the handbook and had only been called a couple weeks before. Vicki was a wonderful kind person who loved the Primary children and the Lord. She will be greatly missed! My deepest sympathy and prayers for all of her family!!
From Annette and Adam Christensen:
Anyone blessed enough to know Vickie knew what an angel she truly was. Cindy, our deepest sympathies to you and your family.

From Tim Sanders:
Very sorry for your loss. I worked with Vickie for many years at Budget, truly one of the nicest lady I have ever met. When ever I saw a light house, it reminded me of Vickie, she did love her light houses. You will missed Vickie!
From Eileen A. Petersen:
Vickie was already an angel on earth! Such a shock to have her "graduate to heaven" so suddenly. It was a pleasure to work with her on the 25-year History of the Burley West Stake in 2008. Her home was a delight to be in. Her well-written obituary helped me learn more about her. She was always so helpful to Walt and me when we went to Tim's office. Deep, heart-felt condolences to her Dad & Mom, Cindy, Tyrell, and all her dear family. May the Savior's Atonement that makes the Plan of Salvation operational and the restored priesthood temple ordinances bring you comfort and peace. Love from Eileen Petersen and family.
From Luanne (Hanks) & Steven Clark:

From Kimberly Day:
I am literally heart broken. You are kind, sweet, giving, loving, dependable; the best card maker, gift giver, listener, and friend. I will forever cherish our DQ runs, hot cocoa dates, and serving together. There are tokens of you everywhere in my home. You are a wonderful example of a daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. I can't believe you aren't here. I am mad I couldn't say goodbye. I am so grateful I got to see you at the shower a couple weeks ago. I will never look at a Winnie the Pooh, lighthouse, flagpole, or enjoy a blizzard without thinking of you my friend. The kids and I will miss you so much! I love you Miss Vickie.
