RUPERT – Pauline Ann Edwards, a 58-year-old resident of Rupert, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at Portneuf Medical Center, in Pocatello.

Pauline was born February 27, 1963, in San Mateo, California, to Armando and Sandra Estrada Garcia. In 1980, her family moved to Burley, Idaho.

Pauline worked at Ore-Ida Foods for several years but found her true passion working at local greenhouses where she found happiness in creating beautiful flower arrangements.

For sure there was never a dull moment when Pauline was around. Her smile could light up a room; her glare could set you straight. Pauline will be deeply missed by family and friends.

When I close my eyes I see her face; when I open my eyes I miss her.

Pauline is survived by her husband, Brian Edwards; daughter, Danielle Garcia of Rupert; siblings, Marquita Schlabach of Oxford, Iowa, Reynel Garcia of Rupert, Christina Markley of Burley, and Sandra Garcia of San Francisco, California; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Armando and Sandra; and sister, Christina Markley.

A memorial service to honor Pauline’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 12, at the Burley Inn Convention Center, located at 800 N. Overland Ave., in Burley.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home of Burley.
