RUPERT – Tony LaVern Phillips, a 54-year-old resident of Rupert, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Cassia Regional Hospital, in Burley.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 5, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Heyburn.
