We knew Steven when we lived in Delta Junction. He was a wonderful young man who always greeted you a hug and a smile. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to Rex, Shirlene, and all the Wrigley Family. . May you find the peace that surpasses all understanding in this time of sorrow.
From Deanne Ford:
No matter how much time passed between visits, Steven always greeted me as if i were a close friend. I loved the family reunions when he was there with his extra "spark" of joy and family love. Aunt Shirlene and Uncle Rex, you are angel parents. You loved and guided Steven throughout his life toward the lovable, dependable, and capable soul he became. I know you will miss him, as will the entire family. My heart is with you during this time of sorrow.

From Delores W. Gillson and Mike, & family :
Condolences and love from your indirect family in Alaska..It was always wonderful to visit with you at my sister and your cousin Kent C. at their home in Soldotna, and in between. Great seeing you as a greeter in the Anchorage, Ak. temple foyer.. I remember meeting you and your family originally in Burley years ago. May you all feel the comfort and strength to resolve being together again eternally..
From Shannon Milliman:
Oh, Steven, what a joy you were to this world. Thank you for giving, loving, believing every soul had something good to offer. I will miss you so much.
I learned on a dark Alabama morning that my cousin had died and I felt the sorrow wash over me. I remember so many times when I visited Idaho he was happy to talk with me, always made me feel welcome and always made me feel like kin. His spirit was bright. He liked to tell me about his siblings, about my Dad, about our beloved Alaska. As I am writing the sun is coming up this morning and I know it is the same sun Steven would see everyday. I admired his ability to do, accomplish, love his people, celebrate their wins. He, too was an early riser. May he rest in peace for a little while, and knowing Steven he won't rest long, he has work to do on the other side. I loved Stephen so much. What a big loss to all of us.
From Stanley & Sharon Bingham:
Angels in Heaven are rejoicing at the return of a special man who brought joy wherever he went. He had a HUGE heart and shared his love and infectious smile with all who came in contact with him. With Steven, there were no strangers, only those to share his love. There will be one less light in this life without our dear friend and cousin.
