From Rhonda Chatterly:
Ah, Riley…it’s been a pleasure to know Riley and a sorrow to lose him. He kept the fire burning wherever he went, but when push came to shove, he was the one to “getter done.” He always greeted me with a smile, “How ya doing, Mrs. Chatterly” He is missed. My deep condolences and sympathy to his loved ones.
From Norell Johnson :
My heart is broken and I am crying as I type this condolence to you, Michelle! I loved your son! He brought such joy into our classroom as a very young boy, in early elementary school at Mountain View Elementary. He was creative, kind, and just sweet. He was one of the spotlights in my 30+ years of teaching. Students come into my life and I leave a piece of myself in them; but Riley left a piece of his soul in my heart. I hope you can find joy in the memories when the pain starts to fade as the years pass by. Right now know that there are others who are feeling pain at his passing. Someday we will meet him again in a happier place and the reunion will be sweet.
From Crystal C.:
We may have been young, But you were one of the best men I ever dated. From letting me drive your Camino with no power steering, to showing up to put my grandmother in place when she was losing her mind, you were one of the best. You're always true to yourself no matter what, always nice to the people who needed it the most and one of the people who helped me survive high school. I'm sorry for the family's loss, it is a hole that could never be replaced.
