RUPERT – Francis Joseph “Frank” Snow, 69, of Rupert, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023, at Cassia Regional Hospital, in Burley.

It's with sad hearts we announce the loss of my brother Frank. He was born February 8, 1954, to Philip Snow Sr. and Lillian Marie Manning Snow, of San Francisco, California.

He loved building models since he was a young boy up until the last days of his life. We moved from San Francisco to Northern California where we finished high school. With his handicap he was only able to do part-time jobs. He moved to Idaho in the 1998 to Twin Falls where he lived for almost 25 years.

Frank is survived by his brother, Philip Richard Snow Jr.; two nephews, Elijah Snow of Heyburn, and Scott Snow of Rupert; and one great-nephew Philip Snow III also of Rupert.

We will have a celebration of life at the Wayside Cafe in Heyburn, Idaho on December 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Dutch treat, pay-your-own-way, we will be sharing our favorite memories of Frank.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home of Burley.

I loved Frank Snow. He was a good friend and we accomplished a lot together. I worked with Frank as friend on trying to manage his income, housing, social activities. He built me a beautiful Model A 1930 Roadster with a trailer. I helped him build display cases for his models. I will see Frank soon. He was a good friend to me! Layton Pratt
