She was preceded in death by her father, James Paul Coates and her mother, Liza Diaz Coates of Louisville, Kentucky.

Jamie, you were far too young to die this early. However, your whole family knows that you are at peace now. You will be dearly missed.

At her request no formal service will be held.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home of Burley.

From David Elder:
You were always a very dear friend of mine. As time goes on, we grow older, have more kids and time passes. I was not ready to see that you'd passed. I'm gonna miss you gurrrrl!
From Kimberley Jaggers:
There are so many great memories with you Jamie, but the best by far was getting snowed in at your house in the big snow of 94! We had so much fun hanging out with your mom! I'm gonna miss you Jamie Lynn.
From Pam Blackburn:
So sorry about Jamie. I found a scripture I'd like to share at JW.org, Acts 24:15, "there is going to be a resurrection," I wish your family the very best for the future.
From William Brockway:
Sorry to hear about your sister Gary. I know you did everything that you could. God bless you brother.
