Service Program

BURLEY– Don Adams, an 84-year-old resident of Burley and formerly of Paul, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Parke View Rehabilitation and Care Center in Burley.

Don was born December 24, 1941, in Albion, Idaho, to Sterling Howard and Feral Roberts Adams. He attended Albion and Declo schools.

He first married Connie Osterhout, together they had two children, a son, Todd Adams and a daughter, Misty Adams Turner, they later divorced. He then married Carolyn Ballard, together they had one son, Sterling Adams.

Don was a truck driver throughout his working career. He enjoyed fishing, camping, playing pool, and visiting with family.

He is survived by his companion, Carolyn Adams; his children, Todd Adams, Misty Turner, and Sterling Adams; one granddaughter, Natasha Heiner; one great-granddaughter, Elaina Adams, his brother-in-law, Lynn Wickel; his sisters-in-law, Jeneal Adams, and Mardene Adams; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Ramona Sears, Robert Adams, Rita Rice, Joe Adams, Dick Adams, Eldon Adams, Jay Adams, Emily Jane Wickel, and Ray Adams.

The family would like to thank Parke View Rehabilitation and Care Center in Burley, for all of the exceptional care given to our Dad, and a special thank you to Amanda Rydalch, for all of her extra effort and gentle care.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, located at 1350 East 16th Street in Burley, where a visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Albion Mormon Cemetery.
