From Richard Lujan :
In my life I've come to know many men that I consider to be good men and a few that I respect as being Great men. Roger Oliver is high on the list of men who are great by any definition. He always held good advice and encouragement and an invitation to come bye and see the family. Always treating me with respect and kindness. No matter how my day was going I felt better after visiting with him even if it was for just a moment. The world has been a much better place for him to stop off and a far lesser place now that his journey takes him beyond us.
My deepest condolences to the family.
From Ed:
I first met That R & D Hay dude a lot of years ago. That would be Roger, kind of a southern draw talking guy from the Carolina's. There's so many stories that I could tell but not enough room. Our hearts go out to Deb, Kenneth, Tammy, Angela, and your entire family.
From Jody Furniss:
Roger...over the last 30-plus years I don't remember a summer we didn't talk many times. When God made you he broke the mold. Uou were one of the nicest, hard-working people I called my friend. To Kenneth and the family, my prayers are with you through this difficult journey.
From Robert Carrick (Red):
I'm so sorry for your loss. my love for the Oliver's runs deep I have so many memories of their love for life. I'm sorry I'm not around. You are, and always will be in my heart.
From Debi:
